1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GPTmyWebsite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GPTmyWebsite provides website analysis tools that evaluate how well a website is optimized for AI discovery and recommendation by AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT and other AI assistants. The Service includes free scans, detailed reports, competitor analysis, and ongoing monitoring.

Our analysis is based on publicly available information from your website and third-party data sources. We do not access any private, password-protected, or restricted areas of your website.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Accounts may be created automatically when you provide your email address during a scan. You can set a password later in your account settings or continue using magic link login.

4. Free and Paid Services

Free Scan: Available without an account. Provides an AI readiness score, grade, sub-scores, and category breakdown with summaries. Enough to understand the problem; individual checks and fix instructions require an upgrade.

Free (with email): Same as above with report saved to your account. No payment required.

Full Report ($29 one-time): Every individual check in detail, step-by-step fix instructions, full technical breakdown, PDF export, and one re-scan after 30 days.

Pro ($19/month or $15/month billed annually): Everything in Full Report plus competitor analysis, AI Query Tracker, auto-fix script, monthly automated re-scans, score tracking, email alerts, priority scans, and partner access. Billed monthly or annually until cancelled.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

For one-time report purchases, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your report, contact us and we will resolve it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute reports without authorization
• Submit an excessive number of scans designed to overload our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our analysis.

Our AI readiness scores and recommendations are based on our proprietary analysis methodology and publicly available data. They do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, or recommendation by any AI platform.

We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any AI platform provider. References to third-party AI products are for descriptive purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTmyWebsite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
